Tottenham are reportedly considering former Liverpool manager Arne Slot as a possible successor to Roberto De Zerbi after their difficult opening to the 2026/27 Premier League season.
Dutch coach Slot could return to the Premier League, according to journalists from Transfer News Live, citing ESPN.
Tottenham are assessing Slot as an alternative to De Zerbi, whose side have struggled in the first five league games of the campaign. The London club have collected only two points and are currently bottom of the Premier League table.
The next test for De Zerbi’s team will come away from home against Manchester United. The match is scheduled to take place at Old Trafford on Saturday, 10 October.
