Former Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has identified Mikel Arteta as the Premier League’s leading coach while assessing the current state of English football’s top flight.
Pochettino, who is now in charge of the United States national team, praised the strength of Arsenal and singled out Arteta for the work he has done with the Gunners.
Arsenal won their first league title in 22 years last season, finishing seven points ahead of Manchester City.
