Speaking to El Correo de Andalucía, the Super Eagles winger who recently made his return to the team after spells on the sidelines due to injury sustained back in October 2024 spoke of his desire to partake in the next World Cup with the national team as it is one of the greatest privilege a player can have in his career.
"The national team means a lot because I think that as a player you always want to be able to represent your country, and when you get the opportunity it's always nice, it's incredible.
"Playing in a World Cup would be very special, and I hope to be able to do it with the team, for sure", he admitted.
