Former England striker Michael Owen does not expect Paris Saint-Germain forwards Ousmane Dembele or Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to win the Ballon d’Or.
“I don’t think either of them will become the winner,” Owen said while assessing the pair’s prospects in the contest for the prestigious individual award.
Dembele and Kvaratskhelia are both included on the list of nominees for this year’s Ballon d’Or, which will be presented in London on 26 October.
