Ruben Amorim’s Milan side face Inter in the derby on 31 October as they look to recover from a difficult period marked by injuries and an intense fixture schedule.
The high number of absences has limited the coaching staff’s ability to rotate the squad, while the congested calendar has added to the team’s problems. Milan had appeared to be finding form before their defeat by Bologna, beating Atalanta 3-2 in the seventh round of Serie A before recording a 2-0 victory over Udinese.
Inter, managed by Cristian Chivu, go into the match in stronger form. The Nerazzurri have won their past four games in all competitions and remain top of the Italian championship after collecting 25 points from nine matches.
Kick-off in the Milan derby is at 22:45 MSK on 31 October. The match will be shown on Match TV and Match! Football 1.
A free live stream of the game will be available on the Winline website, while LiveResult will provide text commentary.
