Manchester United are considering Julian Nagelsmann, Antonio Conte and Brighton head coach Fabian Hurzeler as possible replacements for Michael Carrick, according to talkSPORT.
Nagelsmann, the former Bayern Munich and Germany manager, is among the candidates being assessed by the club’s leadership. Former Napoli manager Conte is also under consideration, alongside Hurzeler, who remains in charge of Brighton.
Manchester United have made a poor start to the new Premier League season under Carrick. They have taken only six points from their opening six matches and are 13th in the table.
Their next fixture is an away match against Leeds.
