Jose Mourinho considers new role for Real Madrid forward Endrick

Real Madrid head coach Jose Mourinho is reportedly considering deploying Endrick as a right winger rather than using the Brazilian solely as a central striker.

According to Diario AS, Mourinho believes the 20-year-old could be better suited to a wider attacking role. The report says this is one reason the Portuguese manager approved the signing of forward Carlos Espi during the summer transfer window.

Endrick has made only two appearances for Real Madrid in all competitions this season. He has scored one goal and provided one assist.

The Brazil forward has also been linked with a possible loan move to AC Milan or a club in the Premier League.
