Harry Kane says it would have been easy to remain at Tottenham, but he chose to join Bayern Munich because he wanted to challenge himself in a new environment.
The England striker moved to the German club in the summer of 2023, ending his time with Tottenham and beginning a new chapter with the Munich giants.
“It would have been easy to stay at Tottenham, but I wanted to challenge myself,” Kane said, explaining again why he believes the move to Germany was the right decision.
Kane, now 33, was awarded the Ballon d’Or at the end of October.
His Bayern Munich side are preparing for an away Champions League match against Atletico, which kicks off at 23:00 today.
