Dannaz Ladies are set for the tricky away test to Ekiti Queens on Wednesday which is scheduled to take place at the Oluyemi Kayode stadium in Ado Ekiti as the Lagos-based team finalize preparations before their trip tomorrow, Nigeriasoccernet.com writes.

Currently placed third after two games although on the same point as the host albeit with a goal difference, the Cedars will take on fourth-placed Southwestern Queens in matchday three of the 2024/25 NWFL in group A.

Speaking to the club's media ahead of the matchday 3 encounter, head coach Fatai Bashiru revealed his optimism and readiness of the girls to take on the Southwestern opponent at the Oluyemi Kayode stadium in Ado Ekiti.

"Ekiti Queens were able to show grit and determination against Remo Stars Ladies last week and we know their strength, how they play into the opponent half. We are going for a good result, the team knows what they have to do and we are rounding off preparations for the game.

"Ultimately, we want to win, we want to keep this good momentum that we have and we know that it's not going to be an easy one especially when you are away but we will give our best for a favorable result", he vowed.

Following their return, the team will then shift attention to another big test as they will play host to defending champions Edo Queens on 5th Feb. at the Onikan stadium by 4pm.
