No talks are taking place between Barcelona and Chelsea over a possible move for winger Estevao Willian, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The 19-year-old Brazilian has been linked with a departure from Chelsea as early as January after reportedly failing to fit into manager Xabi Alonso’s tactical plans. However, Romano says there is currently no negotiation between the clubs, with even a loan move not under discussion.
Estevao has played nine matches for Chelsea this season but has started only three of them, including once in the Premier League.
Chelsea signed the emerging forward from Palmeiras for 45m euros last summer. His current market value is estimated at 80m euros by Transfermarkt.
