Nigeria Super Eagles defender, William Troost-Ekong has welcomed his countryman, Ambrose Ochigbo who joined him at Alkholood on loan, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The 19-year-old defender completed his season-long loan move from Tunisian club Espérance Sportive de Zarzis following a successful medical.
Ekong took to his X handle to welcome Ochigbo, praising his abilities and urging him to brace up for the task ahead.
"Welcome to Ambrose Ochigbo ?? to @AlkholoodClub. Exciting young Nigerian talent, the hard work starts now my boy!"
Ochigbo who played for FC ONE Rocket last year in Akwaibom scored a goal and provided one assist in 13 appearances for Espérance Sportive.
He since tomorrow training with Super Eagles captain William Troost-Ekong and another of his teammates.
