Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga had no desire to leave the club during the summer transfer window, despite Galatasaray being prepared to pay about €50m for the 23-year-old in July.
The Frenchman was not interested in the proposed move and chose to stay in Madrid, according to The Touchline, which cited information from insider Matteo Moretto.
Camavinga’s current contract with Real Madrid runs until the middle of 2029. His market value is also estimated at €50m by Transfermarkt.
The midfielder joined the Spanish club in 2021 and has remained part of the Real Madrid squad since then.
Interest in Camavinga was also reported from Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City during the summer, although he ultimately decided against leaving the reigning Spanish club.
