Alessandro Bastoni remains a transfer target for Barcelona, according to Mundo Deportivo, but the Inter defender wants to speak directly to Hansi Flick before considering a move.
Barcelona tried to sign Bastoni during the summer. The 27-year-old was willing to join the Catalan club, but Flick did not approve the deal, a decision which reportedly left the defender deeply disappointed.
Barcelona are now prepared to revive negotiations for the centre-back. However, Bastoni wants a personal conversation with Flick in which the manager makes clear that he is interested in signing him.
Bastoni has made 11 appearances in all competitions this season and has not recorded a goal or assist. Transfermarkt values the defender at 65m euros.
