Atalanta have opened negotiations with defender Giorgio Scalvini’s representatives over a new contract, according to journalist Ekrem Konur on social media.
Scalvini’s current agreement with the Bergamo club runs until the end of June 2028. The 22-year-old is valued at 38 million euros by Transfermarkt.
The Italy defender made 24 Serie A appearances for Atalanta last season, scoring three goals and providing one assist. He has been with the club since the summer of 2021.
