Arda Guler has agreed to Real Madrid’s offer of a new contract, according to football transfer insider Fabrizio Romano.
The Turkey midfielder is expected to extend his stay with the Spanish club until 2031. Reports had previously suggested that Real Madrid were considering a deal covering the same period.
Guler joined Real Madrid three years ago after moving from Istanbul-based Fenerbahce. He began his football development in the academy of Genclerbirligi before establishing himself at the Turkish club.
Now 21, Guler is already regarded as one of the leaders of the Turkey national team.
