Tottenham manager Roberto De Zerbi said he had “never seen anything like it” after his side suffered a 3-2 home defeat by Aston Villa in the Premier League.

Tottenham were 3-0 down until the 86th minute of Saturday’s match, before scoring twice in the closing stages. However, they were unable to complete the comeback and left with no points.
The result means Tottenham have collected just two points from their opening five matches of the current Premier League season.

De Zerbi also highlighted the problem affecting his team after another defeat, as speculation continues in the press over whether the Italian could lose his job.
