The 27-year-old Nigerian full-back whose contract expires at the end of the season has been a regular starter under Jose Mourinho, featuring in 29 matches this season as they push to snatch the Super Lig title from defending champions Galatasaray, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

However, despite his consistent performances, a contract extension has not materialized. Osayi-Samuel, who boasts 168 appearances for Fenerbahce with seven goals and 14 assists, is now rumored to be heading to England with Forest with a pre-contract already in place with the Reds.

Should the move materialize, he could potentially link up with compatriot Ola Ain,a who is close to signing a new deal with the West Bridgford outfit.
