The Benin-born striker while in an exclusive chat with Europa Calcio admitted that although he doesn't seem to be among some of the technical guys around, his output and goal involvements have shown that he's up there but not there at the apex yet.

“I have to be honest: I didn’t particularly like him from a technical and stylistic point of view, but he always stands out for the many goals he scores.

"Osimhen is a certainty in every team he plays for, including the national team and, even if I’m not crazy about him from a technical point of view, the numbers speak for him”.

Meanwhile, with his future unresolved, Osimhen who is currently on loan at Galatasaray reportedly turned a January move to Manchester United in favor of a season-ending stay with the Lions although Napoli is exploring options to move him to the Red Devils in exchange for Alejandro Garnacho.
