Feyenoord and head coach Brian Priske have mutually agreed to terminate the contract effective immediately as communicated through an official statement via the club's website.

The club attributed the decision to inconsistent results and a lack of synergy between the team and the coaching staff. Assistant coaches Lukas Babalola Andersson and Björn Hamberg will also be departing Feyenoord alongside Priske as the Dutch club anticipates announcing an interim coaching team tomorrow.

With Nigerian heritage, Babalola was a key figure in Feyenoord's tactical framework and a contributing member of the technical staff that oversaw their impressive 3-0 victory against Bayern Munich in the Champions League group stage.
