The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has approved two Nigeria stadiums eligible to host the fourth coming 2023 Championship of African Nations qualifiers, Nigeriasoccernet can report.

With Nigeria CHAN team part of the teams that will battle for a place in the main event next year, Moshood Abiola Stadium which has served as the home of the Super Eagles since the March World Cup Playoff against Ghana and The Godswill Akpabio Stadium Uyo which hosted the CAF Confederation Cup final between RS Berkane of Morocco and Orlando Pirates of Egypt have been approved for the qualifying series.

The qualifier is slated to start on the 22nd of July, 2022.
